Awesome! Battlefront 1 and 2 are some of my favorite Star Wars games. I hope DICE does a good job with BF3.

Yes, that is what I mean. RC seemed to run on my laptop (also windows 8 ) perfectly fine.
Try going to options and turning off bumpmapping and/or changing texture quality.

EDIT: Bah! It doesn't work! I ran a compatibility analyzer and it said my computer would run it, but whenever I press "new game" it crashes! What can I do to fix this? It worked on my desktop...
