Posting problem

Sometimes when I'm posting, and I want to start a new line it wont let me and keeps sending me back to the top of my writing. Why is this happening?

I couldn't find a topic like this at a quick search of this board, and I'm really sick of this happening.

Yeah, it's definitely something with Internet Explorer.  I've had that happen before, but it didn't do it on Firefox.

By the URL box (or whatever you call that thing where you put URLs in), just to the right there's this rectangular box with a little squiggly going through it. Hover over it with your mouse ans it should say 'Compatibility view', click that and the page should refresh, and the posting problem should be over with. Just make sure that if you were in the middle of typing something that you save it, cuz otherwise it just refreshes the page.

By asking the question publicly, Laney got answers for the people who wondered what the issue was, but never spoke up.  He didn't provide the answer, technically, but because of Laney's question, we all got answers.  M'kay?
