The second pic from the top (the yellow live-action ARC Trooper) comes from the packaging of a Hasbro toy. It was in a special 'Order 66' line with clones included with their Jedi Generals (or in two cases, Palpatine and Vader).

Ah, thanks.  I save the cardboard packaging of every toy that has a clone on it.  That is, until the empty boxes and scraps start piling up and I can't see my bookcase anymore.

Yeah, not sure who that ARC in the second pic is, because he doesn't have a kama, so it can't be Fordo...

Actually, I think that pic is of Fordo fighting during the Battle of Coruscant, where he had no Kama, but still had his pauldron.
