Very true. But I think that the story would have finished before she got it. I'm saying this because if she hadn't got it dring the various outingsto Keldabe during ImpCom, I doubt that she would have got it quickly. If she did get it, though, I still say black.

I'd think I'd have black, too.

Besany would probably ask Ordo what the colors meant and then choose which one she felt she wanted. She's not shallow enough to go for a color she just simply finds appealing. IMO
That's a good point.  Considering how hard she tries to do things the Mando way, and her analyzing personality, it's a pretty sure bet that she would take the time to sift through the different color meanings.  Unlike Mereel, who just liked blue. :P

And Ordo, who just liked red.

Doesn't red mean "Honoring a Father"?

Read the books. It even says (I think it was TC) that Mereel chose blue and Ordo red becaus they liked the colour.

It is true that Mereel and Ordo chose their Beskar'gam armor color because of personal preference.

However I don't remember if red stood for Honoring a Father or not.

The color red does traditionally signify honoring a father in Mando culture.  Both Ordo and Mereel supposedly chose their colors just on preference, probably because one was a captain and one was a lieutenant and they got used to their rank colors if you ask me, but I can't help but think Ordo had an ulterior motive for that one, y'know?

Agreed. He probably started out choosing his armor as Red because he was used to it on his ARC Armor, while also finding a way to slip in some more Kal-worship ;)

Kal is a god to Ordo. I think if Kal wrote a holy book Ordo would read it even during battle.

Necrotopic much?

Drake is flamboyant, and may go over the top, but if he were not that extrovert then who would move things along?

Ehh, it's only about a month old. :P

And while that's not what I think of for Besany, that's one of my favorite Lady Mando costumes. :D

Is it really necro-posting if you been away from the forum for a bit, and you look in a section and there it is up near the top as a subject for discussion?
To be fair, some of these topics only see occasional bursts of activity.

All the same, it is on us to start newer, engaging threads.

Agreed.  There's a very good thread dealing with the topic of necroposting.  In the News, Announcements, and Policies. (if I do say so myself)

By that token, Fettishist is in the clear.  Party on Dude.
